I am getting in shape but my gut is not cooperating with the rest of me...I am up to 300 reps ab workout a day..4 different types. I know this does not burn the fat...I am down to 183lbs. 5' 11".

I am watching most of what I eat..but this gut is not cooperating. Workout 3 times a week...ride the bike 6-8 miles a day. But this gut.

Help me out..and No, I don't have time for the P90..I just got to get ready for the beach with GF in about 3 weeks.

I never had a 6 pack in High School... .worked out ALOT!

After 13 weeks of Marine Corps boot camp....  still no 6 pack.

Went in at 136 pounds and 13 weeks later was 155....

Some of us just dont get to have the sixpack you desire.

Eat less. Your diet and calorie burn are in equilibrium....

Carve small amounts out...like 100-200 calories per day.

And not gonna happen in 3 weeks...

I've found that it takes more than running to loose the gut. You have to bend your mid section more. Ive been doing side crunches standing up with a 20lb bumb bell. Also twisting my mid section. I usually do about 100 reps of each every night. It helps burn that belly fat for me. Also, swimming seems to help me in the summer time. I've lost over 50lbs from running, lifting and swimming.

I also eat super healthy.

I finally got it but looking at the pics I got to loose weight , Im 241 now , I was at my best at 196 , Im happy and fit looking around 200ish . If I can get back to 210ish I would settle.   My problem is sweets , I have trouble passing good ice cream shops.

I ran, played highschool sports, weightlifted, dieted.   Never had a six pack.

The only time I ever saw the six pack begin to show was when I dropped 30 pounds working on a fishing boat in alaska for 4 months.
