You can go to your County courts and reqest a public record. The police will not check a plate and release the information to you.
Cop friends are also prohibited from giving out the information (especially for profit) but it happens. The information a officer can see is alot. year of vehicle model price you paid for it if you have insurance your name, and address, ss # etc name and address of previous owner vehicle weight Color (some states not all) |

And also if you have a CCW permit. That would depend on the state. You won't get that info in Texas. Correct......but it sometimes shows up with Drivers licenses. Its not 100% but I have started seeing them more often than not now. CHL info ONLY shows with DLs to Law Enforcement. Private Database access does not show CHL info. |
