4 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup shortening 1 1/2-3/4 cup buttermilk 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar Oven to 425. Cut shortening into flour. Mix in buttermilk. Mix in cheese. Cut out and bake for 20-25 minutes. Make a dozen big biscuits. I can make biscuits one handed and blind folded. |
