Most other websites allow you to see using the icon to the left of the thread title if you have read, replied to, or if there are new posts since your last visit. Am I missing something, or does that not exist here?

Not yet as far as I have seen. I would support the addition of such a feature if it were suggested however.

A Gold/Yellow folder indicates new posts
A Silver/Grey folder is no new posts.
There are no indicators for having read or replied to.
