Where do I find them? Thanks. Searched for the answer but FNG here.
And for the record I can see where this one is listed in "My Topics." But I'm looking for a reply I posted in the EE and assume I'm missing something obvious. |

The helpful answer is that searching by Topic or Reply Author is a Paid Account benefit.
Paid Accounts can search all Boards and Forums at once, by Community, or individually, can search by by Subject, Topic Author or Reply Author for up to Three months and receive up to 250 Search Results. Free Accounts are limited to Searching one Forum at a time, by Subject, for up to 30 Days, and are limited to 25 Results. The Subscription System can be a way to keep track of threads that you want to watch, if you can work within it's limits for Free Accounts. Free Accounts subscriptions do have limited features compared to Paid Accounts. Free accounts cannot subscribe on all boards, have fewer results shown on their Subscriptions list, no default to Disable Automatic Subscriptions, Subscribe without Email Notifications, or Subscribe with Email Notifications, no ability to Change the Subscription Option at the time of posting (Do Not Add to Subscribe List, Without Email Notification, Subscribe With Email Notification). Excellence. Thanks for the help. Seems like searching my own name is the best way unless I remember to subscribe to the thread. Been meaning to upgrade the membership anyway. Nearly felt guilty sponging all the great info off this site for free.
However a "10 most recent posts" button would be handy. |
