I purchased the membership, however it doesn't appear to work.

Is there something I need to enable?

Log out and back in - should do it.

Did that, didn't work.

My Active Topics went away some time ago.

It was replaced by subscriptions.

There is a SUBSCRIPTION TOOL USE GUIDE thread in the Team Forum
