cant send pms > Tech Support

I get a system error when trying to reply to a PM now.

I just sent you a test IM. See if you get it and can reply to it. If not, let me know if you are getting an error message.

when I click reply it sends me to this error

"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator."

Also happens when I try to compose a IM.

BTW, im using FireFox 3

Let me report this to GB. It might be something with the new editor but so far this is the only reported case of this.

just tried it in explorer... Sends me to the Can not be displayed page.

I was sending IM's okay right before the update.

I'm getting it as well (can't fing URL , contact system admin). Running IE 7 on Vista Pro Home, Comcast is my ISP

Here too. I was having no problems with PM's previous to the change. IE7, or MSN explorer.

I'm getting the same. Here is the message that is displaying:

An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.

I'm using SBC DSL with IE7.

I get the same error. Firewall issue maybe. This started happening right after the site went down for maintenance.
