I just tried to buy a Bronze Membership. Typed in the CC info and hit submit. Error screen comes up saying contact system admin. I opened a new tab and went back to the store, membership was still in cart, so I tried the checkout one more time. Same error. Just making sure my card doesn't get charged and wondering how i can buy the membership. Thanks Sam |
This usually means there was an issue between the address you put and the address the card is billed to--they MUST agree EXACTLY. Another thing--some debit cards work but most don't. You really need to be sure it is a CREDIT card. This is all due to a tight set of security features in place for your protection. Oh, the "charged $24.00" is just a type of hold on your account, and if your membership didn't process it will disappear the next day.  Thanks for supporting the site--you'll get it figured out. If there is a problem with the system GoatBoy will get it fixed!
