I keep getting the message that a thumbnail can not be created..
and when I finally upload a image without the thumbnail I get a red X.
IE7 beta 2 being used.

edit to add... I downloaded a windows update to fix some issues with http and IE7 Beta

this is the message I get when I upload a .jpg:

The problem has to be with your broswer. I'm using IE6 and don't have any troubles with it. If I use Firefox, I get the same message.
