After reading a couple of threads dealing with locked accounts, specifically Tommy Haskins and Mike/Matt Johnson, I was wondering something.

Do those account names become available again for someone else to use or are they forever trashed?

It would seem a shame for someone that's been banned to continue to register and "use up" account names.

No, they're not made available again. Can you imagine what would happen if Arock and SgtAR15 started posting again, only they were different people?

YEah, I talked to LT about this. It just seems that some of the troll accounts that subsequently get registered and locked after a handful of posts are wasting good account names. If they were re-registering with "Im_A-Big_Dummy" that's one thing.
