I feel it would be a good idea if sellers who are willing to do a person to person transfer posted the State (in Subject/Topic line) in which they are in with restricted items. The hassle of using my FFL plus the shipping makes it more attractive to buy from a person in my locality. Thanks for your time, Alex |

Lets see, if you posted an ad like this: "WTB in NJ", others would know that you want a FTF (if allowed in NJ), as NJ has some of the most restrictive gun laws out there & requires a FPID card + a Permit to Purchase every Handgun obtained. Sounds like a State I'd do business with......
