How do you upload and avatar?

Go to the photoserver, you will have to log in again.  Once you're in, click on "Avatar/SigPic", it is lit up in blue.  From there you just pick a graphic that you have saved on your computer.  It has to be around 80 x 60.  If you do not now how to resize a photo, try a search on the topic or just IM me and I'll do it for ya.
