I am having a issue with IM,s not deleting.
I open my IMs I check box of the IM want to delete. I click the red delete button. The IM disappears from the Inbox I then click the delete messages folder, because I know I need to delete it from there to be permanently gone, and to free up space in my in Box When I open this folder, there in nothing in there. And when I reopen my Inbox the message, is back in my inbox. If it helps, I am on a Windows 7 desktop computer, running Internet Explore Just wanted to give a update, I checked my IMs, and the ones I tried to move to the delete folder had moved to the delete folder. Not sure why it took them 2 hours to do that. . |
