I renewed my membership and have my receipt.  My bronze account is not working.  I have logged out and in.

You'll need to talk to the store people, a common problem is getting the user name wrong for example okiehunter instead of okiehunter39



I do note that okiehunter is a bronzemember, having not posted since 3/3/2105 but has logged in recently
