I've got a situation where someone has used the IM Mail feauture to contact me and tried to make a purchase. They have inquired on the purchase but have not provided me a LAST NAME or an EMAIL / physical address so I can lookup to see if I actually got $ from them and shipped product. The person says the MO was cashed but again, after many attempts to get this person to send me some sort of identifying information, I'm unable to figure out WHO this person is. Can someone here please work with me on this? This person's IM mail box is full so now I have NO contact method for this person. Thanks, -luke (zukem) |
