When I hit 'post' it dumps me to the main board menu, much like it does when you try to post in a locked thread.

Posting in the test area works fine.

I have logged out and back in, and tried with both Chrome and Firefox.

Any ideas?

ETA: I can reply in GD, just not make a new post.

I can reply to threads there just fine, and haven't been disciplined for anything.

While we are waiting for this to be straightened out, how about regaling us with the back story on your avatar?

Written on a piece of paper held up in front of you partially covering your face.

Yes, but when I get pussy wet I like it to be happy.  This one looks rather pissed off.

Seems to have something to do with quotation marks in the thread title.

This is the Tech Support Forum;  it's expected that all replies are on point.

Without seeing it it's possible the problem is tied to the thread title you are using.  Try changing it,b we've seen character encoding cause this.

It seems to have been the use of quotation marks in the title.

Never had that happen before, but changing them to apostrophes fixed the problem.
