Is there a quick way to go back and view all my previous posts? I see many people that "tag" topics. What purpose does that serve?

click "subscriptions" there is no need to post tag anymore as you can subscribe to any thread by clicking the subscribe thread

I understand the whole subscription thing. But lets say i made a post but didnt subscribe to the thread and cant remember the name of the thread. Anyway to find it?

You can put the settings so every thread you post in goes to subscriptions.
You can also use search to look for a thread you posted in.
