I do hope this is the correct forum. I searched...honest. hin The reason I ask is I had some poor customer service from one of the dealers (a site sponsor none the less) that seemed to only be resolved by bringing the issue out in the open. The dealer blatantly lied and I called him on it. I went out to see if he responded and the post is gone. If they are allowed to delete posts...why? It seems like a great way for potential customers to review the dealers that you are essentially recommending. Is there a place to give opinions of dealers where they can't delete posts? Again, I searched but no such luck. Thanks for your attention. |

In the industry forums, the companies can run their forums as they see fit. (With few common rules respected.) If you have a complaint which is unanswered, try them again in their forum or on the phone. If that doesn't help, try the EE feedback forum to open up a discussion. |
