With the old site layout, the IM notification turned a bright red when the user recieved an IM. For those of us who rarely recieve messages, we don't notice that we have a message as quickly as we used to. Could the number be red, bold or flash, or something like that? It needs some kick to it, to catch my attention. I recently went a week before I even noticed I had a message. ETA: I appologize. I looked for that suggestion before I posted it... then I posted this, and immediately found the other topic. |
Agree. I liked it in the old place too. |
