Goatboy: If you intend to have a drawing for an upper or other similar item, maybe it would better to give away an equivalent in value gift certificate. Maybe the upper you're offering in the drawing is what members want, maybe they already have that config. Hard to say, isn't it? If your intent is to reward members, how better than to allow them to tailor their own reward via a gift cert? If your intent is to entice people to become members, how better than to offer as a drawing something that they can configure to meet their needs/wants? Just a thought. |

With most things there's no need to be flexible, such as bags, shirts, etc... When its a full rifle there's always an out for the cash since some people live where they can't own it, etc. The same will apply to whatever we choose next... There will be a few smaller items and perhaps a choice of uppers or something similar... with the expansion into new sites, there's the question of possibly giving away full rifles instead. (So instead of an upper, give out an AK-47 or a nice Shotgun, etc) Right now nothing is nailed down, but there will always be a means for choice unless the item is a full rifle. (Then its CASH or the gun! And CASH = ANYTHING YA WANT!!!) So roughly speaking, there will ALWAYS be a choice. Even with the LEGP, I offered to take it off the winners hands... ]=) -- GB |
