[ARCHIVED THREAD] - RSS feeds

This is a big one, but I'd like to voice a desire for rss feeds for the forums. I use a feed reader (newsgator) to read blogs, and it seems like a natural extension for a discussion board.

but with the volume here, at least in the general forum, it'd be insane
I could see it for the lesser used forums

No more than clicking in here and downloading the webpages.

The other advantage is that you can filter out topics with RSS readers. No such function exists now.

Better to have it anyway, since the board images and structure is a lot more bandwidth intensive than XML

I agree - I'm all for RSS.
