I know that we have several leaders and dads and moms with kids in scouts. The Boy Scouts have a rich shooting history and longtime history with the NRA. I am one of four shooting sports directors/range officers in our council. I was just asked to be the Crew Adviser for a Venturing Crew (boys and girls 14-21)who will concentrate on Shooting Sports. As you can see here the BSA has provided shooting as a core value for its 100 years of existance LINK.
So my question is, can we have a Scouting area to talk about Scouts and shooting sports and other things scouting? |
