I mean really tiny.  Like...I can stick that sumbitch in my pocket and leave it there all day without noticing it any more than having a pen in my pocket would bother me.  The whole setup has to have decent airflow too.  I haven't been in the market for anything other than a mech-mod and RDA in a while so I have no clue what's out there.

Check out the istick. I just got one for work and it's great. I used it for 15 hours straight at work and it still had a damn near full charge. And it is TINY!! Personally I just use a Protank2 with my own coils and a drilled out aerotank base. Puts out some nice clouds and keeps the size down.

iStick is still a lot thicker and wider than a pen, but one of the best choices out there now if you can deal with it. Even the iTaste VV I would have suggested for something about the size of a smaller sharpie is pretty darn long with something like a Kayfun mini on top of it...

Got a link?  The only istick I'm finding is ipod shaped mod.  Is that what you're referring to?

I use an istick with a kayfun on top and it rides in my front pocket and I barely notice it most of the time. It's small enough that I have to kinda dig for it around my wallet and chap stick. It rides front right pocket, BTW.

Last two on the right; iStick next to a regular Bic lighter.  It's tiny.

Yep istick is probably the best small device, since your running rda's though if the istick doesnt have the power you're looking for maybe a ZNA50 would work for you too.
