now, im new so partial grain recipes and even the stupid easy extract only recipes would be nice to have as well as really nice porter recipes. post what youve got. prease?  |

I brewed up a cream ale variant of a recipe I found on HBT.
7 lb 2 row pale 2.5 lb flaked corn 1 lb instant rice. cascade 60 minutes Willamette 10 minutes Mashed for 60 minutes at 158 2 week ferment with us-05 Its a very drinkable, very clear ale. After a few weeks of aging in the keg, it turned out very good. |
| I'll post my Mac and Jacks and Alaskan Amber as soon as I perfect them. I need to get another shipment of Alaskan down from Seattle for comparison...Mac and Jacks I have to go off of memory, and unfortunately my memory is fading...I need to plan another trip up north. |
