Ok, I'm really a visual learner.  I'm planning on brewing a batch of AHS Alaskan Amber this weekend (a mini mash) and wanted to get some feedback.  Do you think it would be helpful if I post up a "this is how I brew" photo thread?  I think it would help, but I don't want to go through the effort if people wouldn't find it useful or think it would be stupid because there are other resources out there.

So, what are your thoughts?

I'm also planning on picking up AHS's Mac and Jack clone; I could either do the same thing or just post the results.  Thoughts?

Yep, do it.  Some may pick up different ways to do things, and some may finally jump aboard after seeing how easy it is

I did an all grain thread a few weeks back.

Still trying to dial in my brew rig.  I did learn that I have a 2.1 gallon per hour boil off volume.  Learned this after two batches were under the expected volume.
