How do you guys cook fillets? I did a lemon pepper marinade last time. What should I try this time?

Let the fillets sit in Teriyaki and minced garlic for a bit before you grill it.

Personally, for the price of swordfish these days, olive oil, salt & pepper is about all I use. I like to taste the fish.

Brush with clarified butter, hit it with salt and pepper, grill it and top it with bearnaise sauce.
