Was wondering what you guys used for training. On the road I use Zombieville for the iPhone (http://www.zombievilleusa.com/) and when I am at home I typically use Left 4 Dead. What tech do you guys use for zombie training?

I've found Resident Evil 5 to be a great training simulator for the more unusual zombie types.

Yeah I have been meaning to give this simulator a shot. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.

a very interesting simulator would be counterstrike source: zombie mod....
for those that do not know, counterstrike is a terrorist/counter terrorist first person shooter.  zombie mod is a modification of the game in which the first(predetermined, usually 20 secondsish) part of each round, a bunch of people run around trying to find a place to hide/form a baracade. at the time limit, one of them turns into a zombie and must kill all humans, and the humans must kill all zombies or survive the round time limit

very fun

There is no training for the upcoming Zombie apocalypse.  You just have to be ready.  If you're not ready all ready, you will never be ready.  I mean, seriously, how CAN you train yourself to fend off the mindless beings that are trying to knaw on your face?  It's impossible.  IF you have to do SOMETHING, just practice barracading your windows and doors as quickly as possible.  This includes dumping an entire bookshelf over then sliding it across whatever floor you have, damaging everything everywhere.  Hey, if you're training, you gotta do it as if it were real.....
