| I just finished Day by Day Armageddon which was great and now I am about a 3rd of the way into Patient Zero and it is AWESOME. I cant put it down. That is all. |

Agreed, "Patient Zero" is a pretty decent book
Just DON'T read his next book, "Rot and Ruin." There is a reason it was in the $3.00 bin Maberry has a brand new book out, BTW, but I haven't bought it yet. When you're done with "Patient Zero" try out Joe McKinney's "Dead City" "Apocalypse of The Dead" and "Flesh Eaters." Three different, unrelated books about the same Southwestern outbreak. Those are pretty good. Oh, and I almost forgot, George A. Romero's 1978 "Dawn of The Dead" novel tie-in is back in print |

I believe the mini novels are only available in audio book. They've been out for a couple of months, and I'm pretty sure he said audio book only, which is really annoying.

If done right any of the Joe Ledger books would make one hell of a movie. Too fucking right! I think my favorite part WARNING: SPOILER ALERT! in Dragon Factory is when Ledger is in the factory and he has the line, "He had one last mag, something was broken in him. Something was broken in his head. The Berzerkers were almost through the door. Joe stood to face them. Let them come." Steely and hardcore motherfucker right there. Now, who would the actor be? Panzey asses need not apply. Jason Statham? |
