For the most part, they seem to be referring to ways and methods to surrender quickly.

In any case, I forwarded this to a buddy of mine.  Some of this stuff is interesting but would it kill him to have a page that tells you how to do his moves like the quadrupedal movement, 5 foot precisions and double unders.

*blink*  *blink*

The whats?

Hey guys,
This is Jesse from ZombieFit.
I've been following this thread since it started and have been reading your comments.  We do appreciate them for what it's worth.

David_ESM, the old ZombieFit.org site was complete garbage. I puked from it many times ;p Hopefully, you will think the new look/layout is a little better.

GoatHerder, the site is not in french. I dont know if you went to the right place or what is wrong but we are all American haha. Chicago to be exact. Hopefully we will have a multi-lingual site soon.

Rosebudteg, thanks for the interest. ZombieFit is a parkour-based functional fitness program.  We combine parkour with the crossfit methodology of conditioning. We aren't in the art of surrendering lol. Parkour is the art of movement.  With the whole zombie theme, we are teaching people how to move through different environments in order to escape something or get to something. In this case, its escaping zombies hehe. Although I like guns myself, its important to be able to get to your gun yea?
For a good example of parkour/freerunning, I suggest watching some youtube videos like those listed below -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqPdWLbSwpE

There are many more!
This is a good montage of a ZombieFit class

Anyways, about not having a page that shows the movements, we have a tutorials page on the site but it is very lacking..
You can google or youtube tutorials for any of those movements and find some great resources!

Kstanton, sorry man I have no idea what you're talking about haha.

Best of luck to you fellas and feel free to reply and discuss anything-
Thanks!

This is awesome...Zombie Fit.

BUT, might as well do Crossfit or Military Athlete

A handful of us on Luke AFB in AZ do a mixture of the 2. Throw in some running with an incerceptor vest with SAPI plates in it

If Zombie Fit is anything like these, though, it'll be worth it.

BTW, you now have to pay to get Military Athlete workouts...unless you can get it from your nearest military base.
