This is born2weld's wife. I know he hasn't been very active the last several months. He was working a lot and training for a 1/2 marathon and an 18 day hiking adventure with our son. They were on day 15 when something went terribly wrong and they are both gone. I remembered this morning that he had been very active on here at one time and felt the need to let the community know, just in case someone remembered him and wondered where he went.

We are so so sorry for your loss. Your husband was a Facebook friend of mine and I was horrified to hear of this tragedy.

You and your daughter have been and will be in my prayers.
