I *really* like my guitar. Not that I want to take it out for dinner or a movie or anything, but I enjoy it a lot when I play it and often can't wait to get home so I can play it. I have a lot of guns and other toys that I like, but while I like them, the desire to use them is not as strong.
I just like being able to learn new things on it and have it occasionally sound like I have a clue what I am doing. Is this just me? |
| I was like that when I was younger, in my late teens/early 20's. Now I'm not as easily satisfied. I'm a big Strat fan but I'm not satisfied with my own particular one. Back then I was really into learning and playing, and now I'm trying to find a specific feel or sound. Not that I couldn't learn more, I still try to learn new things, but mostly I'm trying to get my instrument the way I like it. I keep wanting a bigger and bigger neck. |
