Does anyone play the banjo? I picked on up about a month ago, and I am having a good time learning.

| I don't, but my uncle used to play at family gatherings. They were some of the best times! He knew many old time songs. Not only did he play well but he sang beautifully too. A real treat. He had everyone singing along! I hope you get much pleasure from the banjo. |
| One of my twin boy's plays. He is 10 and has been plaing for a couple years. We have a store 2 miles down the road called Janet davis music. They are pretty much a bluegrass store. If You google them they have a lot of books. The banjo book janet davis has out is a great book. My boy is about ready for a new one. he uses it a lot. the pages are not in the best shape from the years of using this book. It also comes with dvd's. |
