Hello BOTL, I was wondering if anyone here could suggest a good Cigar lighter for me? I am looking for a dependable lighter that will do a good job toasting my stick and I would prefer a lighter that does not have a flame out the top, would like it to come out the side at a 45 degree angle or something close to that I have a budget of about $100. I have been looking on C-bid and see some that look good but I would like someone that has some experience with one that they trust. Thanks for your time my Brothers.

so far so good w/ Xicar's Trezo & a cheapo z-plus insert.

None of the cheapies last & I had no luck w/ blazer or colibri either.

That is the extent of my experience.

I have one of these, and it works great and holds a ton of fuel.

Blazer

Go to a walgreens, look at the lighters behind the counter. For about 5 bucks they sell a angled torch that does a great job

If it's an angled torch lighter you're looking for, I would go with this one:
Phantom

I know it is significantly less than your ceiling, but it is a great lighter.  (They are $19.95 on Amazon.com)  For the price, you coul buy one for home and one for office/car.
I have had no problems with it since I've had it.  I don't use it very much as I generally prefer using a traditional flame, but it can't be beat for lighting a cigar outside.

I've got a Tiger, similar to this.  dual-flame torch.  I've been using it for over 2 years, no problems at all.  Mine is red, though:

I should have mentioned above that I also have an Xikar, tripple jet.  It's been a great lighter too.  You can melt diamonds with this thing...
