| ok so i went on vacation and wetted down a towel with distilled water but i got mold when i came home, i have some on the cigars taht i think i can wipe off and then some one the Humidor it self, How can i get RIDE of it and SAVE my cigars and Humidor???????? PLZ HElp |

PLZ HElp If it is mold on the outside wrapper, you can try to wipe it off and smoke them ASAP. If the mold are at the foot or cap, it is over, DO NOT smoke the cigar if you intend to get sick. If it is bloom, that is a different story. For the humidor, dry it out and expose it to direct sunlight for a few days. The UV kills the mold and the spores. Then retreat the humidor as if it is new. |
