Is there any product that block and instantly kill roaches from the outside? Demand CS????
Long story short. My mom has lived in the same house in a suburb of NJ for 30years plus. ( adjacent homes are about 12' apart) Single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, attic and basement. We NEVER had any vermin issues ever. The issue is a home 2 doors down has had vermin for at least 25 years I know of, it's a real shithole. Recently, the owner fell sick and is living in a nursing home therefore no food and the fuk'ers are on the March. The home next door recently has the same issue. We have a professional exterminator come every 6 months and he uses some kind of residual foam ( indoor) I asked him for something outside to prevent them from entering he told me there is nothing. This is not a question of is the exterminator ripping me off and she is not overridden with them, she found 2 or 3 dead ones in the bathroom it's more about preventing my mom from have a stroke. There is no mess, open containers of food or garbage around the house, you could eat off the floor at moms... Any suggestions would be great. I'm thinking Demand CS for the outside perimeter. I've used this every 6 weeks for the past 3-4 months (3 times) and have had great success. Used it at my parents house once and it seems to be working there as well. I still seem to have an issue with spider control around the yard, but that may just be this time of year. No pest issues whatsoever inside anymore.
