My son has a friend that has been staying with us for the last couple of weeks and will be through the middle of December.
I didn't like that he was essentially living out of a suitcase, so I bought a sheet of 1/4" plywood, some 1x4s and a bit of trim.
I ripped the 1x4s down to 1x2s and used that for the framing. I wanted to keep it lightweight so that I could move it from room to room when having guests staying with us.
It's only four feet tall, 23" wide and 19" deep. Those dimensions allowed me to only use one sheet of plywood.
The top is MDF - shelves made from scrap plywood.
Painted because I used cheap wood......'cause I'm cheap....which also explains the awful photos.

And yet you didn't cheap out with the hardware.
Nice job.

Nice work! But does he really need anything but a suitcase for 4 t-shirts?

Yeah....I just put those in there to give it a size reference.
In reality, he's got a big ol' pile of stuff.

Looks good. I bet you could sell these at the local flea market quite easily.
