Putting in some Solar pathway lights fr HGTV.Bought them at Costco .Seem to be good loights the only problem is keeping them standing straight up in the ground.The ground itself is somewhat rough with rocks etc.Anyone have any tips to make these strudier.They have a 5" long stake made of plastic of coursr.If you twist them they break.

Maybe dig out the hole and pour some plaster in. When it cures some insert the light. After is completely cured, cover plaster with dirt.

In my experience those things are junk.

If you want pathway light buy some quality low voltage lighting and be happy.

We threw dozens of those POS solar LED lights in the junk when we bought our house.
