I want to Rip the top and bottom of this log but the center hole is wet. How can I chemically dry the hole out so it wont rot. I cant cut anymore of the log off

I don't understand what you're asking, but you'd better slap some polyurathane or some kind of sealant on that log before it dries out and checks/cracks.
