How long will it last if I open a package of bacon, seal it back up and stick it in the refrigerator? Oh yeah...and there is no way in hell I am going to cook the whole package at once. |

| Depends on how you reseal it. If you just fold the package over itself, I would only let it sit for a week, two weeks TOPS. If you replace the packaging and re wrap it with plastic wrap then foil, you can stretch it two weeks no problem, maybe even push three. But for long storage, cook the whole thing, you can toss cooked bacon in the fridge for months. |
