Summer 09. Looks pretty good. I'm excited just to see 3 of the originals from the first movie. Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Michelle Rodriguez.

Fast and the Furious 4...

In the 2 minute preview I can see it is just as techincally STUPID as the first 3.....

1) They don't use land trains in the Dominican Republic

2) Appearently NO ONE on the set has ever used a Pintle hook.

2a) Smashing a pintle hook with a hammer wont get you much, certianly not a disconnect

2b) Dropping the female of a pintle hook over the male without closing the hook and latching it , WILL result in a disconnect

3) Why is it the spring brakes wouldnt apply then the air was released when the trailer disconnected again....

Maybe they should stick to stealing NAWWWWWWS

Danger to manifold!

They should stop, really. Most people here hate movies that have bad gun-handling/refrences. The same applies to car guys and car movies.

WTF is on those tankers that is worth that much money anyway?

I am a car guy and I liked the first and third movies. Hot looking girls and car crashes. If I didn't leave Mr. Reality at the door when I watched a movie I would probably not be watching much besides the Military Channel and National Geographics.

There is a difference between a few technical gaffes, and throwing reality out the window without explaining you are living in the Matrix. A few technical gaffe's I can deal with. I watched a 40 second clip and counted 4 things that make on sense..... Slightly different

Movies have a tendency to show us things that tend to be false in nature. Last time I checked movies were there to entertain. I have no problem turning my brain off when watching movies. But when something unexeplainible happens like the passenger floor board blowing up because you're lap-top said "danger to manifold" just leaves me

.

This is the worst movie franchise ever. Everything about the 1st one sucked, from a technical standpoint, to the acting. Not to mention there was no plot.

I'll stay away from this one, like I did with 2 and 3.

Well science fiction and horror are for the most part unexplainable and I love them also. Besides F&F3 had smoking hot Asian girls.

Haha, I know someone who thought street racing cars had 12 gears, which made them faster then normal cars with a standard gear package.

I don't care about minor fubars in a movie. I watch a movie to see how it comes together, not to see how many inaccuracies there are. People need to stop tearing movies down period, hollywood will do whatever they want to do.

Don't forget all of the fucking flame out of the tail pipe.

This sound like the wrong thread to talk about what a huge waste of film these movies are.. How I hate ricers with their stick on horespower. You know, put a sticker on your car, and it is now a race car. Or how I'd love to shove those tail pipe somewere.

And last but not least, why in the hell do you put a big ass spoiler on a front wheel drive car..
