It's been an age since I've seen it (meaning I'm probably wrong), but I'm thinking it was a SIG.

Haven't seen it in years, but personally, I thought it was a Smith & Wesson.

I guess we really ought to let someone who actually knows chime in.

Just checked the DVD, it is indeed a S&W.
Although they do use SIGs at the MiB range.
