[ARCHIVED THREAD] - The Sentinel

I rented the Sentinel the other night. Found it fun that the Secret Service Agent that was shot in front of his house was able to get his safety flipped off. I did not know Sigs had safetys, unless they are carrying the single action .45. I also would not have taken the President out in the open when I have the cover of a tunnel with two other Secret Service Agents behind me. Other than those things I liked the movie. I keep refering to Sutherland as Jack to my wife.

It was ok, I thought it was really bad writing letting the first lady out of the car at the end, that kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

Pretty much my thoughts on it too. Dont think I would buy it though.

From the same scene ~~Jack~~ whatever-his-name-is says that the bad guy's round didn't penetrate the wooden door frame therefore he must have used a silencer since they slow the bullet down that much

Decent movie though, I enjoyed it.
