I'm playing catch up with this show.
I recently got a regionfree DVD player, and I just finished season 1. Damn good show. Jack Bauer with a Brit accent. 
I'll have Season 2 (Project Dawn) this weekend and I can't wait to see Porter kick more ass.

AFAIK, season 1 hasn't been released for the US market.
I would assume someone has put it online somewhere, though. I found a region free DVD player and an imported copy on Amazon for pretty cheap. I got Project Dawn on BluRay yesterday and I'm going to marathon it over the weekend.

| I believe for most of season two they used modded vz58's. The third season I saw plenty of South African R4's in action. It's definately nice to see a show where everyone doesnt have an ak, m4 or mp5. Plus the fact that they actually reload and take cover. I think their tactics and shooting skills are pretty solid, especally for a tv show. Plus the boobies...... |

Well, dang. I've seen the entry for "Ultimate Force", but for some damn reason I thought it was some sorta reality show.
I'll have to check it out. And it looks like Netflix has all 21eps of the show. Thanks! Oh, and I agree about the Cinemax season of Strike Back being better than the first Sky series. Good 'ol Skinamax.

Finally got a chance to watch a couple of episodes of Vengeance.
Rhona Mitra is a bit easy on the eyes...I always saw her as Kate Beckinsale lite, but she's earned a place of her own now. Hopefully she'll last longer than the last two Section 20 commanders, but seeing how this show isn't exactly easy on its characters...I'm not going to bet on it. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
