Rented it last night. It's by far the most brutally honest look at a failing marriage in cinema. I can relate to just about everything in it, from the passive aggressiveness to the playing-dead sex. I can almost hear what they were thinking in their head but didn't say as they were arguing. It's definitely not a date movie. Two things, though: if I knew what the doctor said to my wife he'd be curb-stomped, and nobody, however lowly, deserve to wear those glasses; it's just awful. |
