AMC really came out of nowhere the past few years and has been producing one stellar TV series after another.  Mad Men, Breaking Bad, and now this.  Really looking forward to it, although I am not quite as into zombies as many other people here are.

I haven't had a TV show really get and keep my attention since The Shield ended; this might be the one to do that. It really kicks ass that it's directed by Frank Darabont, who coincidentally directed some episodes of The Shield (IIRC he directed the series finale, but I could be mistaken about that).
