What does the bible say about Time?

Time began when God created the universe, but outside of the physical universe time does not exist.  Genesis 1 creation is the beginning of time.  God always existed and there was no time that He began.  When we die we will enter into eternity, hopefully in Heaven but there is an alternative, Hell.  But our souls will live forever somewhere, and time will not be an issue ever.

Here is a link to St. Thomas Aquinas concerning time and eternity, he explains it very well in a question and answer format, using Scripture of course.  Especially read where it says Article 4. Whether eternity differs from time?

Here's a few good ones.

Ecc 3:1- There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:
Ecc 3:2- a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot,
Ecc 3:3- a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build,
Ecc 3:4- a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,
Ecc 3:5- a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
Ecc 3:6- a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away,
Ecc 3:7- a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak,
Ecc 3:8- a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

Ecc 3:11- He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

1Cr 2:7-  No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began.

2Ti 1:8-  So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God,
2Ti 1:9-  who has saved us and called us to a holy life-not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning    of time,
2Ti 1:10-  but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel
