Well it depends on block size.

Most small block parts are interchangeable but if the heads are from a 454 big block they will not fit.

No but you could probably sell the big block heads,(if they are in good shape)for enough money to buy a nice set of small block heads for your 350.

No,trade your big block heads for a set that will fit.

Sell the 454 heads, save up a little more money and get some good small block heads.

LoL..yea the 454 heads wont fit. depends on what its going in, if you need the torque, sell the 350 and put a BB under those heads. If its just a mall crawler and/or you need light weight, get some good 350 heads for the motor.

Basically, if you're refering to a Chevy 350, no they wont fit. A 350 is a small block, the 454 is a big block.

I know a guy here in OKC that has a spare 350 in his garage, so if you want the heads he might be willing to part them...  let me know.

Edit - Nevermind, it already found a home.

I am convinced that with a hammer, Dremel and JB weld you could make it work.

Yes I agree with the last guy I think i will fire up my Welder and put a couple of spot welds once I line up the heads by eye. And if the lifters dont fit well I'll just have to break out the BFH. Or just put a slight bend in them it wont hurt the motor.. Its just a daily driver...
