I've never fallen asleep but I've come close.
| I have...Raytheon has fucked up GM training like you can't believe. Raytheon/GM does not believe in training, they just want to say they have trained mechanics at the GM dealerships. Don't believe me?..GM/Raytheon closed all but 5 of their training centers and then shortened classes from a week to 2 days, and then to 1 day. Most of the hands on classes are sitting in front of a computor looking up crap on SI, is this training? I ran a 'GM' training center, the people from Raytheon are total idiots! |
| I have only been to the training center twice, once when the shop needed me to be at 100% in engine performance and when our avm told my boss that someone had to go to the hands on class for hybrid. We have to test out on everything, I was the first person to go from our dealership and I have been there since 01. |
