I have a 1995 dodge dually with a Dana 80........would it be possible to convert it to single wheel....without changing the whole axle ...could I convert it by just adding new rims, tires, and wheel spacers ....has anybody done this or at least herd about doing this???........any info would by appreciated

it could physically be done, however, the axles on a dually truck are 36.5 inches long, while the single rear wheel truck will be a 39" axle. You'd have to have a pretty serious spacer setup or some bigtime wheel offset to get the tires in the wheel well properly.

can I ask what your inspiration is for this project?

I would find a used truck on a lot and ask to measure the axle.

I know a place that has 30mm spacers....I think that should work.....are you 100% sure about the axle sizes..........I ust wanted a single wheel truck......I'm a little tired of the dually thats all
