I have an old 1985 GMC  with power windows that are very reluctant to go up and down.  In fact, so much so, that you have to physically help them up and down.  I replaced the window motors, but it did not help. Any ideas on how to loosen up the track so they're not so stiff?

have you ever lubed the cam or track?

Ya, I tried using some white lithium grease.  It's as if the track is pinching the window too tightly.

Been a while since I owned my 78 Jimmy but..aren't the window channels felt covered rubber? Is the felt worn off?
BTW..my power windows weren't real fast either..
